Welcome to MySeera

Seera is an integrated online software solution to help individuals and organisations to manage their Skills as Data. 

The MySeera platform allows individual users to record their skills, experiences, qualifications, accreditations, and licenses.  It also records job applications (including invitations to apply for positions), performance reviews and learning credentials, the combination of which provides the following benefits.

So how does MySeera job application assessments work?

If you have found an advertised position that uses Seera, you need to complete a self-assessment, via your MySeera account.  Once registered, you need to select your proficiency level against each of the skills listed in the advertised job.  Please be honest as once submitted they cannot be changed and they will be validated. A history of all Job Application assessments can be found under MyAssessments / Job Applications.

An organisation may also require a referee validation for some or all of the skills assessed, so please have your referee details ready under MyJobSearch / Referees.  When you have completed your Job Application assessment the organisation will review your suitability and you will be updated on progress by email.  You may also withdraw your application at any time via the MyJobSearch / Applications options.

Regardless of if you have found Seera through a job ad, or independently,  we also ask that you complete an assessment against all your skills. You do this via the MyAssessements / Independent Assessments menu option, where you can search for individual skills and or assess against a range of position description templates, and you can add to or update your Independent Assessments at any time. 

The more skills you assess, the greater likelihood that organisational users of Seera will invite you to apply for their jobs where there is an algorithmic match between your skills and their requirements.  This is subject to your Availability settings under MyProfile / Preferences and you can remain anonymous throughout if you wish.

1:  MySeera - Skills and Career Portfolio

MySeera is an integrated online software solution for recording and managing Skills as Data.  The platform allows individual users to record their skills, experiences, qualifications, accreditations, and licenses.  It also records job applications (including invitations to apply for positions), performance reviews and learning credentials, the combination of which provides the following benefits.

  • Independent Assessments of Current and Desired Skills, Interests, and Positions

  • Streamlined Job Applications and Reference Checks

  • Integrated Performance Reviews

  • Learning and Development History

  • Career Planning

Limitations of Use: This Agreement limits the use of the Seera Software to an individual or group user within the terms outlined in agreement with the licensor.

Licensed Period: This license period of this Agreement is in perpetuity unless terminated or amended by the licensor in writing.

 

2:  Seera Cloud - Skills and Careers Management

SeeraCloud is an integrated online software platform for managing Skills as Data across an enterprise. The platform synchronises employee skills data from their MySeera account and provides client businesses the following benefits.

  • Data Set Selection and Administration

  • Templated Position Descriptions

  • Objective Assessments and Performance Management

  • Accelerated Recruitment and Project Resourcing

  • Aligned Training Prioritisation

  • Robust Compliance Records Management

  • Transparent Diversity and Integrity

Limitations of Use: This Agreement limits the use of the Seera Software to Business client administrators or managers within the terms outlined in agreement with the Licensor.

Licensed Period: This license period of this Agreement is in perpetuity unless terminated or amended by the Licensor in writing.
